Ford Sync Update Download Button Missing

I see on the Ford Sync site, there is a new update. I don't know what year(s) this applies to, only that my Flex is a 2014.

I have a 2009 Focus SES, and the Ford website says I have a sync update available, however I'm always getting 'File not Found' when attempting to apply the update. I was able to successfully run the Sync Version Checker, and even after I did that when I try to download the update it shows the same thing. Including system update files. One file “autoinstall.lst”. One file “DONTINDX.MSA” There is no “SyncMyRide” folder after uncompressing the download file onto the USB flash drive. What do I need to do now?
